Restagraf is highly aware of the social responsibility challenges the company must address in order to remain a key player in the global automotive and industrial fastenings market.
As such, we pair our economic performance with sustainable values and commitments to the environment, individual safety, social equality, CSR issues and a responsible approach throughout the entire supply chain.
The ambition and performance of this comprehensive approach have received recognition through our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications at level 2/3, as well as our EcoVadis assessment score of 73/100.
CSR APPROACH
Our CSR policy places people at the heart of our priorities. We firmly believe that the commitment of our teams, combined with a strong organization and rigorous management, is a key driver in successfully implementing our initiatives.
The safety of our employees is a major concern. We therefore implement risk prevention measures to ensure optimal working conditions and a safe, supportive environment.
We are also proud to promote gender equality, with an overall score of 88/100 on the 2025 Gender Equality Index, reflecting a balanced workforce of 47% / 53%.
Inclusion is also a key part of our commitments, with a 6.53% employment rate of people with disabilities. In addition, our partnerships with three local ESAT organizations contribute to boosting our production while strengthening our local presence.
With an average age of 45 and an average length of service of around 11 years, our teams represent a true human capital. Their experience and loyalty play a full role in our collective success.
Our environmental policy is focused on sustainability and responsibility. We prioritize the use of recyclable materials and carefully monitor potentially hazardous or controversial substances when selecting our products.
In order to measure the carbon impact of our activities and products, we have implemented rigorous indicators that fully comply with current regulatory requirements. We have also introduced an ongoing process to reduce our energy consumption, contributing to a more sustainable future for both our company and the planet.
To optimize waste management, we have strengthened internal sorting rules and joined the eco-organization CITEO*, which supports us in reducing the environmental impact of our packaging.
We are also committed to an eco-design approach for products placed on the market, offering more sustainable alternatives through:
- the selection of recyclable materials (such as replacing PVC packaging with clip-on PET packaging, which is 100% recyclable),
- monitoring the proportion of recycled materials used in packaging production,
- prioritizing certified products (such as FSC) for cardboard packaging components.

Our commitment to customer satisfaction is fundamental and is supported by rigorous quality standards, including ISO 9001 certification. We strive to achieve a high service level, both in product quality and logistics, in order to meet our customers’ expectations.
We are also committed to maintaining an optimal PPM** level and to efficiently handling customer requirements by using the 8D*** and PPAP**** methodologies. These processes enable us to quickly resolve issues and continuously improve our service, thereby strengthening customer trust.

AGEC LAW – CITEO DECLARATION
In order to align with EPR regulations (Extended producer responsibility), RA is a member of CITEO, an organisation to which we submit an annual declaration of the volume and types of packaging we send to market. This contribution enables us to financially support the waste management sector.

PACKAGING ECO-DESIGN
RESTAGRAF is engaged in an eco-design approach for products sold on the market, in order to offer more sustainable alternatives:
- Selection of recyclable materials (dispensing with PVC packaging in favour of 100% recyclable PET)
- Monitoring rates of recycled materials used in the production of packaging materials
- Prioritising the use of certified products (such as FSC-approved) for cardboard packaging items
